Throughout the year, the UMS social secretaries organise amazing events to keep the members stimulated. These include regular Harborne Runs (a pub crawl along Harborne high street – no running involved), a Christmas Social, and a Spring Ball to round off a year of fantastic music-making in the only way we know how!
This year’s UMS Ball was a great success. We had a sit down meal followed by a live band and lots of dancing at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the centre of Birmingham. Thank you to Georgina Wheatley and Eimear McCarthy Luddy for organising the event.
The next Harbourne run will be in October so watch this space!
